Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Trainer at Telecom Networks Outsourcing in Santiago de los Caballeros. As a Trainer, your day-to-day tasks will include training new employees and ensuring a smooth transition from nesting to production, managing metrics and staying up-to-date on the product.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years in product/corporate training, ideally in a call center or customer service setting.
Training Expertise: Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design; skilled in developing and delivering engaging training.
Product & Tech Acumen: Quick learner of complex products/systems; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication; dynamic and confident presenter.
Interpersonal & Coaching: Excellent people skills, patient, empathetic, and effective at coaching.
Problem-Solving: Analytical, able to assess needs, and improve training effectiveness.
Organizational: Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM and virtual training platforms preferred.
