Sourcing Specialist (BPO)(Bilingual C1/C2) Location: Dominican Republic Department: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Languages Required: Bilingual English Spanish Role Purpose The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing talent attraction strategies through digital campaigns, targeted content, and employer branding initiatives. This role ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with business needs, working closely with Recruiting and Marketing teams to strengthen the companys presence as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities 1. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the Dominican Republic. Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, blogs, landing pages, paid ads) aimed at diverse talent pools. Craft compelling messaging for various audiences: entry-level, bilingual, technical, and professional roles. 2. Digital Content & Campaign Execution Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of recruitment-focused content to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement. Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversion rates. Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization in performance marketing. 3. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Teams Partner directly with sourcing and recruiting teams to align campaigns with hiring priorities and workforce demand.
