This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the company's internal team members. By utilizing system management tools and ITIL Service Delivery processes, this role delivers first-class service and support via telephone, online chat, email, and online ticketing. This role is part of the service desk team, following appropriate processes to resolve a high percentage of issues on the first try by responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions. The support environment includes Windows and Mac computer systems, hardware, and software issues.
Responsibilities
Delivers technical services and IT-related support to clients as they pertain to company-specified service level agreements.
Completes administrative objectives including but not limited to updating tickets, knowledge base documentation, fulfilling access requests, and participating in team training sessions.
Completes other IT Duties (onsite\remote), as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
Requires 2+ years of related experience.
Industry knowledge with an understanding of best practices and processes related to hardware and software troubleshooting with the ability to diagnose and resolve fundamental computer/technical issues and implement technical solutions.
Technical skills with the ability to utilize and provide support for industry related systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Slack, Azure Entra, OKTA, Mac OS, VMWare VDI, Intune, Act...
