Responsible for the effectiveness of the personnel under their charge, the equipment, work tools, and materials, as well as compliance with basic safety requirements, discipline, and product quality.
Ensures adherence to the company’s established norms and systems, keeping Manufacturing/Operations Management informed of all incidents, both operational and personnel-related.
Your key duties and responsibilities: Manages all equipment, materials, and human resources assigned to their production lines during their shift.
Directly supervises Operators, Group Leaders, Administrative Technicians, Operational Technicians, Material Handlers, and Label Room Attendants.
Coordinates and directs activities to maintain the quality and quantity of assigned or produced work in compliance with regulations and policies.
Ensures effective utilization of materials for production.
Continuously reviews processes to ensure compliance with all procedures.
Guarantees employee training in current product procedures and specifications.
