Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Section Manager.
*What You’ll Do**
Directs key manufacturing processes through supervisors to insure production objectives met consistently with overall quality requirements. Participate as a key member of plant manager's staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.
Assures production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules and quality specifications. Ensure compliance with standards provided to the manufacturing areas. Effective management of plant resources Actively collaborate with Plant’s profit plan goals Champion Lean manufacturing team to drive productivity Drive continuous improvement and application through the use of EBS tools. Works in collaboration with service departments to communicate effectively and efficient and problem prevention and solving Collaborate actively in achieving key performance metrics including TRCR, Productivity, On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield and DPPM. Champion and promotes implementation of MESH to achieve improvement in year over year safety performance measures and cultural change. Train and develop team members Actively engage and enable success of employees (providing resources and removing barriers)Inventory management*Qualifications**Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic or Electronic - Mechanical Preferable Master degree in Production, Engineering, administration or other science. Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing lines.*Skills**Supervisor Experience (Skill, Semi-Skill and None Skill employees).
