At DR Outsourcing, we connect top-tier talent with global companies. We’re currently hiring a Subsurface / 3 D Graphic Artist to join our team.
This is a high-impact, creative + technical role where you’ll work on production-ready artwork, 3 D modeling, and design problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Create and prepare production-ready artwork based on client requests
Work primarily in vector-based design (Illustrator) and 3 D modeling (3 D Max)
Adapt and enhance customer-provided designs to meet production standards
Develop 3 D models and artwork for laser production processes
Analyze artwork and propose creative solutions or alternatives when needed
Balance design intent with production limitations
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service & production) to ensure accuracy
Maintain high standards for quality, detail, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in Graphic Design + 3 D Modeling
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve, not just execute
Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving information
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills in a remote environment
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary) and Photoshop
Experience with 3 D tools (3ds Max preferred)
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Must provide a portfolio (3–5 samples) including 2 D + 3 D work
Vitro experience is a plus
Must have a high-performance computer (high RAM + processing power for 3 D work)
Based in the Dominican Republic
