• Manage calls, inbound emails and customer service inquiries (product related questions, service and general concerns).
• Generate sales leads that translate into new customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the correct methods and tools and resolve doubts.
• Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Receive and process customer orders and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for order processing.
SKILLS
• University Student
• Advanced English (native speaker)
• Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
• 1 or more years of experience.
• Current residence in Santiago, Dominican Republic (Indispensable).
• Orderly
• Proactive and take control of your decisions for the benefit of the service.
• Responsible and punctual
• Must be available to work occasionally for holidays and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Telephone sales skills.
