We are looking for experienced e-commerce customer service individuals to work with one of our fast growing UK clients. This is the United Kingdom's leading health and wellness retailer and has grown tremendously in the last 12 months.
We are building this team from the ground up, which means you will have opportunity to advance quickly, and move up to a Level 2 or Team Lead position within 4 - 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone
Understand customers needs and issues to help them find what they need
Maintain the Helpdesk and Knowledge Base
Work with other team members to make sure customers' orders are fulfilled properly and timely
Provide feedback to other teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
1-2 years experience working in e-commerce or a fast growing company
Strong verbal and written English (C1 English); strong comprehension and communication skills are a must
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Willing to go the extra mile for customers
