Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.

Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conducts initial phone/video interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Maintain candidate records and provide timely updates.

Help enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing initiatives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.

Experience recruiting in customer service, sales, retention and other call center areas.
