Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple departments.
Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct competency-based interviews and manage candidate evaluation processes.
Oversee employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
Mentor junior recruiters and coordinate recruitment operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
