About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Offshore MCA Manager to oversee dialer operations and manage MCA agents. This role is focused on execution, accountability, and package quality. You will be responsible for ensuring agents are productive, compliant, and consistently submitting complete, fundable MCA packages.
This is a hands-on leadership role with direct involvement in call monitoring, coaching, deal review, and performance management.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily dialer operations and agent performance
• Monitor live calls and recordings for quality and compliance
• Coach agents to improve qualification, documentation, and close rates
• Ensure agents collect full MCA packages with all required documents
• Review submissions for accuracy and completeness before processing
• Reduce deal fallout by correcting issues early
• Track and report daily and weekly KPIs
• Train and onboard new MCA agents
• Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity
