Order Processing Auditor (Backoffice)
LOCATION:
SPI Santiago
Working Model: On Site
Schedule: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Weekends Off
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
Ensure consistent quality of information for the incoming orders for the production process. The order processing auditor must review and ensure that all the information detailed in each line is correct and meets all customer requirements (internal and external) in terms of quantities, colors and specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform routine inspections on orders to ensure correct information is included on orders
Record, report and communicate audit findings to management regarding identified trends to improve processes and departmental quality
Support all departmental activities and needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or university student
No previous experience needed.
Excellent attention to detail
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
MS office proficient - Intermediate Excel
Effective written/verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and logical thinker
Ability to stay calm when working under pressure
Self-motivated, results-oriented and very well organized
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
