*Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Follow all company guidelines and those pertaining to the NMT Quality System, as defined in the policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure that customer requirements and FDA (or equivalent) regulations are met.
Perform assembly, manufacturing, welding, testing, and inspection operations for medical devices manufactured at NMT, as well as any other operation for which the employee has been trained and certified in accordance with established NMT procedures. Read and adhere to all work instructions; attend briefings, training sessions, and meetings—whether on-site or off-site—as requested by the Human Resources Department, General Management, or NMT Operations Management. Pass a certification examination covering the specific operations/processes in which the employee will be working. Attend all industrial safety training sessions as requested. Successfully complete training regarding all applicable quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures outlined in the NMT Quality Manual; understand NMT’s Mission and Quality Policy.
