Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Trainer at Telecom Networks Outsourcing in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Product Trainer will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, developing presentations, utilizing analytical skills to assess training effectiveness, and providing communication for training materials and sessions.


Qualifications

Product Training and development skills
Presentation and Communication skills
Analytical Skills
Experience in creating training materials
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
2-4 years of proven experience in a related field as a trainer
