Descripción

- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or project follow-up.
- Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Handling of Productivity Suites.
- Competencies:
• Customer orientation.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
- Desirable:
• Knowledge in the use of CRM software.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Project management.
- Effective communication with clients, contractors and internal staff responding to requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordination of appointments with contracts, clients and technicians.
- Maintain detailed records of all project activities, including communications, decisions and changes.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
- Monitor project progress to ensure that established quality standards are met.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
