Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santiago for a Human Resources Generalist. In this position, you will manage and oversee various HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, and administrating employee benefits. You will assist with employee relations, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, while fostering a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Experience in outlining, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Strong understanding of employment laws and workplace compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in renewable energy or technology sectors is a plus
Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity and with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English
