SPOC Finance Coordinator

About the role
Position focused on ensuring and monitoring the accounting processes related to the organization’s financial operations, guaranteeing the proper recording, control and compliance of transactions involving suppliers, commitments and services, both locally and internationally.
What can you expect as a SPOC Finance Coordinator at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
Carry out and review processes relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Record national and international invoices in the SAP system.
Make accounting entries in accordance with established guidelines.
Reconcile accounts and analyze discrepancies.
Provide support for the development, improvement and use of accounting tools within SAP.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of accounting transactions.
Carry out other tasks related to the role or assigned by your line manager.
What Skills and expertise will be required?
Graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, or related careers.
Complementary or specialized studies in the financial area.
SAP system knowledge, focused on HMC
English language skills - advanced level.
Knowledge of MS Office package.
Knowledge of tax laws (taxes).
Minimum experience 1 to 2 years in similar positions.
