Key Responsibilities
Patient Care:

- Assess and monitor patients' health, including vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature).

- Administer medications, injections, and treatments prescribed by physicians.

- Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and other routine medical procedures. - Maintain logs for medication administration. - - Monitor inventory and request reorders of medications and medical supplies. - Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and safe. - Supervise infection control practices and workplace safety measures.


Patient Education:

- Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and recovery processes.

- Provide guidance on medication management, dietary changes, and lifestyle adjustments.

- Offer emotional support to patients and families dealing with health challenges.


Medical Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care, treatments, and any changes in patient conditions.

- Communicate critical information to physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team.

- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams:
Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.


Advocacy:

- Serve as advocates for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed by the healthcare team.

- Safeguard patient rights and privacy, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
