Customer Service Agents
with a background in the
Debt Settlement industry
to join our growing team. If you understand client retention, compliance, and high-volume call environments—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Contact Creditors to schedule payments
Explain account status, negotiations, and payment plans clearly
Resolve issues while improving client satisfaction & retention
Document all interactions in CRM systems accurately
Stay compliant with FDCPA, FTC regulations, and company policies
Work cross-functionally with sales, processing, and support teams
Requirements (Must-Have):
1+ year experience in Debt Settlement / Debt Relief industry
Strong knowledge of settlement process, creditors, and negotiations
Call center or high-volume phone experience
Excellent communication & objection-handling skills
CRM experience (Salesforce, etc. is a plus)
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Retention or customer success experience
Strong compliance awareness
