Forvia, a leading automotive technology leader, is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Engineer to join our team at our cutting-edge facility. *Responsibilities** As a Customer Relationship Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality Validating and accepting the packaging range*Your profile and competencies to succeed**Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent Several years of experience in quality with strong customer focus Customer management experience Knowledge of the automotive industry, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 FMEA basic Product safety and liability Statistical methods Fluent in German, English (Czech is an advantage)Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills
