GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
Perform a leadership role in the direct supervision Customer Service and Care Center functions, utilizing the support of the team to insure the day to day and future operations of these mission critical functions are on task according to company policies and management direction. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must project a strong leadership presence in leading by example, acting on facts to assess each associates' development and coaching needs, and to ensure accurate entry and completion of orders and returns administration in a financially responsible manner
Recognize the importance of focusing all resources to continually look for opportunities to reduce entry (OE &CCC) errors and improve work throughput.
Evaluate and streamline processes and system applications based on supporting data to continuously maximize productivity.
Perform all associate quality, disciplinary and merit reviews in a timely and complete manner using corporate guidelines and adhere to budgetary direction.
Assisting the Mgr Client Services in the tracking and monitoring of quality measurement and management for the organization, and other projects as directed by management.
