*Summary:**
Responsible for all accounts receivable activities including preparation, review, and maintenance of records by performing the following duties.
*Duties and Responsibilities**

Post customer payments by recording deposit transactions. Record all new billing charges for internal and external clients. Import data from other ERPs and validate that all billing information has been input correctly. Contact internal and external customers regarding all outstanding debts. Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts to Finance and Treasury managers. Assist in allocating costs and billing charges between projects. Oversee the accounts receivable activities carried out by property management teams. Keep accurate customer records, locate any customers who have changed addresses and enter any new customers on the system. Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries and resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions. Reconcile invoicing and accounts receivable reports with project balance sheets. Resolve vendors / customer issues and complaints concerning billing. Assist the Treasury department in producing monthly financial reports. Performs other related duties as assigned.*Qualifications:**
